Business Developper German Market (H/F)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and play a critical role in the development of our Luxembourgish entity. Sales will be responsible to sell the brand products to individuals and professionals while providing explanations and appropriate advice to each.
Solar Depot is a solar panels distributor and other side products based in Luxembourg.
Job responsibilities :
- Juggling with international logistics
- Hunting new clients and expand the existing relationship
- Customer advice and bring support on their projects
- Ensuring the compliance with delivery deadlines
- Managing your sales margin
- Participating in meetings and trainings with other international departments
- Representing the employer brand and participate in different fairs in different countries according to the geographical area assigned
- Monitoring the business
- Following the commercial and marketing guidelines given by the direction
Requirements :
- Master Degree in Marketing or commercial school, overseas background appreciated
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy product is a plus; Familiar with distribution channel development
- Good teamwork skills
- Communication skills and networking ability
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Adaptability
- Result driven
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Commercial awareness
- Skills to create, manage and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products, working with advertising and other types of managers.
- An initiative person who have a positive attitude to everyone
- The ability to understand customer needs and desires
- Fluent in German; french and english are a plus
